In a bowl, add the boiled potatoes and mash them thoroughly.
Add the drained tuna, chopped onions, green chilies, 2 eggs, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and dried parsley. Mix everything well.
Grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into 13 to 14 evenly sized round kebabs.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Beat the remaining 2 eggs, dip each kebab into the beaten eggs, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and place on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
