Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg white (whisked)
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until the pecans are evenly coated.
  • Spread the coated pecans evenly onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C (285°F) for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.
  • Let them cool completely, then store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
