Ingredients

  • 1 cup sago pearls
  • 6 cups water
  • 3-4 medium mangoes (cubed)
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Boil the sago pearls (step-by-step instructions).
  • Put half of the cubed mangoes into a blender along with the condensed milk and regular milk, and blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, combine the drained sago with the blended mixture and gently stir to combine. Your mango sago is now ready.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
  • Serve in bowls or glasses, and garnish with the remaining mango chunks. Enjoy! And remember “COOKING IS EASY!”

Notes

  • You can also use frozen mangoes in this recipe when fresh mangoes are not in season.
  • If you prefer a runnier consistency for your mango sago, add more milk or use fewer sago pearls.
  • For a sweeter taste, add more condensed milk.
