Ingredients

jaggery
(or brown sugar)

teaspoon
cumin powder

teaspoon
chaat masala
½
teaspoon
black salt

tablespoons
lemon juice

water
5-6
ice cubes

sparkling water
(chilled)
Instructions
In a large glass, mix the jaggery, cumin powder,
chaat masala
, black salt, lemon juice, and water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add ice cubes, then pour in the chilled sparkling water.
Garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately. Enjoy! And remember “COOKING IS EASY!”
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spices to suit your taste.
For an extra kick, you can also add a pinch of black pepper powder.
