Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons jaggery (or brown sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon black salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 2 cups sparkling water (chilled)

Instructions

  • In a large glass, mix the jaggery, cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, lemon juice, and water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes, then pour in the chilled sparkling water.
  • Garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately. Enjoy! And remember “COOKING IS EASY!”

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the spices to suit your taste.
  • For an extra kick, you can also add a pinch of black pepper powder.
