Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the ricotta cheese.
Stir until well combined.
Add cardamom powder and sugar.
Stir until the sugar is completely melted and well incorporated.
Add the milk powder and mix thoroughly.
Add half of the sliced almonds and pistachios.
Cook, stirring continuously over medium heat, until the mixture thickens and forms a dough-like consistency that moves together as a single mass.
Pour the mixture into a greased tray and spread evenly.
Garnish with the remaining sliced nuts.
Apply edible silver leaves (chandi warq) and let it cool completely.
