Ingredients

red onions
(peeled, cut into thin rings)

cups
water
(chilled)

cup
vinegar

tablespoon
salt
1
teaspoon
Kashmiri red chili powder
1
teaspoon
chaat masala
Instructions
In a bowl, combine cold water, vinegar, and salt. Stir well.
Separate the onion rings and add them to the water mixture. Let them soak for 30 minutes.
Strain the onions and gently pat them dry with paper towels.
Sprinkle with red chili powder and
chaat masala
, then mix well. Your crunchy, spicy, and tangy
