Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Slightly crush the blueberries.
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until smooth.
  • Fold the crushed blueberries into the yogurt mixture.

Method 1: Using Popsicle Molds

  • Add the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for 7 to 8 hours, or until fully set.

Method 2: Using Disposable Cups

  • Pour the mixture into small disposable cups.
  • Cover each cup with cling film and secure with a rubber band.
  • Prick a small hole in the center of the film using a knife.
  • Insert a popsicle stick or spoon into each cup.
  • Freeze for 7 to 8 hours, or until fully set.

Notes

  • You can substitute honey with brown sugar, maple syrup, or stevia.
  • You can use raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries instead of blueberries.
