In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, salt, tikka masala, and red chili flakes. Mix well and set aside to marinate. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, red chili powder, black pepper powder, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard sauce in a bowl.
Cook the marinated chicken in a pan until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through.
To assemble the burgers, spread some prepared sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Add cooked chicken, then layer with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. Add lettuce leaves and top with the other half of the bun. Your tikka burger is ready.
