Fruity Rainbow Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mangoes (cubed)
  • 1 cup kiwis (diced)
  • 1 cup strawberries (diced)
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Blend the mangoes until smooth. Pour into a small bowl and set aside.
  • Rinse the blender and repeat the same for kiwis, strawberries, and blueberries, keeping each puree separate.
  • Add a thin layer of each fruit puree into popsicle molds, one at a time, to create colorful layers.
  • Freeze for 8 hours or until fully set.
  • Enjoy! And remember “COOKING IS EASY!”

Notes

  • You can use any combination of fruits you like.
  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, use disposable cups and cover them with foil or cling film before inserting sticks.
  • You can also use ice cube trays for bite-sized pops.
