This rainbow popsicles recipe is very easy and 100% natural, made with no artificial food dyes, added sweeteners, or food coloring.
This recipe is made with whole fruits which makes it a super healthy dessert recipe for your loved ones. You can use fresh or frozen fruits. How long can I store these popsicles
They can be easily stored in a freezer for up to 3 months in a ziplock bag or freezer-safe container.

- You can use any fruit you like.
- sugar or honey can also be added if you like.
- If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use disposable cups (tightly wrap the cup with aluminum foil or cling film).
- You can also use ice cube tray to freeze them.

Ingredients
- Mangoes (cubed) - 1 cup
- Kiwis (diced) - 1 cup
- Strawberries (diced) - 1 cup
- Blueberries - 1 cup
Instructions
Step by step recipe is given below:
- Blend the mangoes in a blender until smooth.
- Rinse the blender and blend kiwis in it until smooth. Repeat for strawberries and blueberries.
- Add a thin layer of each flavor into popsicle molds.
- Freeze them for 7 – 8 hours.
