Ingredients

  • 2 cups kiwis (diced)

Instructions

  • Blend the diced kiwis in a blender until smooth.

Method 1

  • Pour the kiwi puree into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for 7 to 8 hours or until solid.

Method 2

  • Pour the kiwi puree into disposable cups.
  • Cover each cup with cling foil.
  • Secure the film with a rubber band.
  • Prick the center of the film with a knife.
  • Insert a popsicle stick through the hole.
  • Freeze them for 7 to 8 hours.
