It’s that time of year again, let’s make the popsicles again! Popsicles are everyone’s favorite, especially in these hot days. These kiwi popsicles are the perfect sweet and tart frozen treat for your loved ones. They are so refreshing and there is only one ingredient used in this recipe.

This recipe is very easy and 100% natural, made with no artificial food dyes, added sweeteners, or food coloring but the only hardest part of this recipe is to wait for them to freeze. Mother nature has given us truly amazing colors with full benefits! So, why not use them in delicious recipes?

How long can I store these kiwi popsicles

They can be easily stored for up to 3 months in a freezer in a freezer-safe container or a freezer bag.

  • Use fully ripe kiwis for this recipe.
  • Honey, brown sugar, or stevia can also be added if you like.
  • You can use any fruit you like.

Ingredients

  • Kiwis (diced) – 2 cups

Instructions

Step by step recipe is given below:

  1. Blend Kiwis in a blender until smooth.

Method 1

  • Add the puree into popsicle molds.

Method 2

  • Add the puree into disposable cups.
  • Cover the cups with cling foil.
  • Tie the foil with a rubber band.
  • Prick the foil with a knife.
  • And insert a popsicle stick in it.
  1. Freeze them for 7 – 8 hours.
