- Pat the chops dry with a paper towel. 
- Season them with salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, and olive oil. Rub the seasoning in well. 
- Let the chops sit at room temperature for about 1 hour. 
- Heat a pan and cook the chops on both sides until done to your desired doneness. 
- Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
