Ingredients

  • 3 lamb loin chops
  • 2 teaspoons Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper (for garnishing)

Instructions

  • Pat the chops dry with a paper towel.
  • Season them with salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, and olive oil. Rub the seasoning in well.
  • Let the chops sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  • Heat a pan and cook the chops on both sides until done to your desired doneness.
  • Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve with steak fries and your sauce of choice. Enjoy! And remember “COOKING IS EASY!”

Notes

  • Patting the meat dry helps it sear better.
  • I didn’t remove the extra layer of fat, but if you prefer leaner meat, trim the excess fat from the edges.
  • Avoid overcooking, as it can make the lamb tough.
