Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons oregano (dried)
  • 1 cup capsicum (sliced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 cups pasta (boiled)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken, salt, white pepper powder, and oregano. Cook until the chicken is fully done.
  • Add sliced capsicum, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring well.
  • Add the boiled pasta and grated mozzarella. Mix everything thoroughly until the cheese is melted and well combined.

  • Rinse the boiled pasta under cold water and drain well to avoid a soupy consistency.
