guava

kiwis
(peeled, diced)

orange

banana

seedless grapes

sultana raisins

pomegranate seeds

jaggery powder
(or gur)

Instructions
Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
Add jaggery powder, black pepper, and
chaat masala
.
Mix well, taste, and adjust seasoning as desired.
Your
sweet and spicy fruit chaat
is ready!

Notes
You can also add some fresh orange juice for extra flavor.
If you don’t like it very spicy, skip the black pepper.
Let the chaat sit in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the fruits to release their juices.
Add bananas just before serving to avoid discoloration and mushiness.
