Ingredients

  • 1 apple (cored, diced)
  • 1 guava (diced)
  • 2 kiwis (peeled, diced)
  • 1 orange (peeled, diced)
  • 1 banana (peeled, sliced)
  • ½ cup seedless grapes (halved)
  • ¼ cup sultana raisins
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons jaggery powder (or gur)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala

Instructions

  • Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
  • Add jaggery powder, black pepper, and chaat masala.
  • Mix well, taste, and adjust seasoning as desired.
  • Your sweet and spicy fruit chaat is ready!

Notes

  • You can also add some fresh orange juice for extra flavor.
  • If you don’t like it very spicy, skip the black pepper.
  • Let the chaat sit in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the fruits to release their juices.
  • Add bananas just before serving to avoid discoloration and mushiness.
