In a bowl, mix the minced beef, capsicum, corn, olives, ketchup, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, oregano, and basil.
Preheat the sandwich maker and lightly butter both sides. Place one slice of bread inside.
Spoon the prepared mixture onto the bread, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Do not overfill, as the mixture may ooze out during cooking.
Place another slice of bread on top, close the sandwich maker tightly, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
