Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana (diced)
  • 1 cup apple (diced)
  • 4-5 dates (pitted)
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Garnish with berries of your choice.
  • Serve and Enjoy! And remember “COOKING IS EASY!”

  • You can add a dash of cinnamon powder to enhance the flavor of this smoothie.
  • You can easily double or triple this recipe to prepare a larger batch.
