Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons desi ghee
  • 50 grams lotus seeds (phool makhana or foxnuts)
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  • ½ cup sultanas
  • ½ cup green raisins

Instructions

  • Melt desi ghee in a pan.
  • Roast lotus seeds, pecans, almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, and pistachios for 4 – 5 minutes, stirring continuously. (Roast carefully as they burn quickly.)
  • Sprinkle with salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, and chaat masala. Mix well to coat all the nuts with the spices evenly.
  • Let it cool completely, then add sultanas and green raisins. Mix again. (Store it in an airtight jar for up to 1 month)
