These Spicy Mixed Nuts with Raisins are a quick, healthy, and crunchy snack. Perfect for teatime, road trips, or a post-workout energy boost. Ready in under 10 minutes!
Roast lotus seeds, pecans, almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, and pistachios for 4 – 5 minutes, stirring continuously. (Roast carefully as they burn quickly.)
Sprinkle with salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, and chaat masala. Mix well to coat all the nuts with the spices evenly.
Let it cool completely, then add sultanas and green raisins. Mix again. (Store it in an airtight jar for up to 1 month)
