by Farhana

I’m always looking for healthy, convenient and a grab and go kind of snacks to keep me going during the day, when I’m out with my girl or running errands and especially after a good workout. This all-time favourite snack recipe of spicy mixed nuts is totally satisfying and perfect.

Spicy Mix Nuts
I am hiding this jar from myself as these nuts are highly addictive!

These roasted nuts are crispy, spicy, sweet, delicious and a healthy alternate to store bought nimko. Yummy and healthy snack to munch on, with an amazing rich flavour and intense crunch. They are great to take on a road trip and are also perfect for nibbling on weekend nights or holidays. This recipe involves very little preparation and is super easy to put together in less than 10 minutes.

They are simple to make but the end result is impressive. A flavourful appetizer for parties or just having around the house for teatime snack. You’ll be amazed how quickly they disappear!

Put them in a glass jar, decorate with a pretty ribbon and it is such a wonderful DIY edible gift idea. The best thing about these roasted nuts is that they can be stored easily up to a month (ours never last that long though). I am gonna gift it to my husband who is a big nimko lover.
