Make your snack time exciting with this simple recipe of spicy mixed nuts with raisins! Sweet, salty, spicy, and crispy, these nuts are a healthy alternative to store-bought nimko.

Warning: These spicy mixed nuts are highly addictive. I keep hiding the jar, so we don’t finish them all at once!
What makes them special? The mix of crunchy nuts, warming spices, and the natural sweetness of raisins and sultanas gives the perfect balance of flavor and crunch. They’re not your usual roasted nuts; they’re better! Once you try them, you’ll keep coming back for more! You can even add them to salads for an extra crunch.

I’m always looking for healthy and easy snacks to keep me going during the day. Whether I’m out with my kids, running errands, or after a good workout, I need something quick to grab. That’s why I love this spicy mixed nuts recipe. It’s crunchy, filling, and so satisfying.

These sweet & spicy roasted nuts also make a great DIY edible gift. Just pack them in a glass jar, tie with a ribbon, and you’re done. The best part? They stay fresh for up to a month in an airtight jar (though they never last that long in our house!). My husband, a big Nimko lover, can’t stop eating them.

Step 3:
Roast on medium heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn lightly golden and fragrant.

Step 4:
Sprinkle salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, red chilli powder, and chaat masala over the nuts.
