Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings (skin on)
  • Himalayan pink salt (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add chicken wings. Season with salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, tandoori masala, and lemon juice. Rub well until the wings are evenly coated.
  • Let them marinate at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  • After marination, air fry the wings at 180°C (356°F) for 25 to 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve with mint chutney, ketchup, and salad. Pair with a drink of your choice. Enjoy! And remember “COOKING IS EASY!”

Notes

  • Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on your Air Fryer model, so adjust accordingly.
  • You can substitute wings with other chicken parts if preferred.
  • Do not overcrowd the Air Fryer basket to allow proper air circulation.
