To stay focused on healthy eating and not get tempted towards takeaways or eating out so often, I plan my weekly menu. From now onwards I will be sharing my weekly dinner plans with you all. Here comes week 1 dinner plan of this series. Hope it will help you planning your meals and resolve the issue of ‘What to cook today?’. This Week’s Dinner Menu:
1. Monday:
Aloo Methi, Salad, Achaar, Chapati and Lassi
2. Tuesday:
Pan Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken, Steamed Veggies and Boiled Rice
3. Wednesday:
Adana Kebab, Bulgur Pilaf, Grilled Veggies and Ayran
4. Thursday:
Lobia Curry, Boiled Rice, Curd, Salad and Achaar
5. Friday:
Baked Salmon, Crusty Bread and Salsa
6. Saturday:
Chicken Tikka Burger and Air Fryer Fries with Strawberry Lemonade
7. Sunday:
Beef Pulao, Tomato Chutney and Salad with Masala Soda
