How long can I store this yogurt drink?
Refrigerate it in an airtight jar or bottle for up to 3 days. Whisk it well right before serving, to ensure that it is frothy.
Recipe Notes and Tips:
- Just add more water if you feel your drink is too thick.
- For best results, I use a blender. This allows the ingredients to mix properly and create a nice foam on top. You can also use hand blender.
- I recommend using thicker types of yogurt; such as Turkish yogurt or Greek yogurt. Homemade yogurt would work too.
- Substitute the chilled water with sparkling water to have a bubbly and more fluffy drink.
- If you don’t have a blender, put everything in a jar, close the lid, and shake it for few minutes until its well combined and fluffy.
- You can also enhance the basic recipe with different flavors like cucumber, garlic, dill, mint, parsley, cilantro, black pepper, cumin.
