How to serve these kebabs?
- Serve with any sauce of your choice.
- These kebabs make a great bun filling with lettuce, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard sauce.
- They are also great for kids’ lunchboxes.
How can I store tuna kebab?
- These kebabs can be stored in a storage container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- You can also make a big batch and store them in freezer either cooked or uncooked.
- Instructions for freezing uncooked kebabs: Once the kebabs have been shaped, put them in an airtight container with some space apart, place a cling film or a baking paper between the layers and then freeze them. When you want to consume them, simply defrost them in refrigerator and cook them off (following the instructions given below).

How to reheat them?
- I often make a batch of these kababs (fully cooked), store in freezer and then reheat in AirFryer (without thawing).
- You can also reheat them in microwave.
- They can also be reheated on the stovetop over low to medium heat.
Recipe Notes:
- You can substitute tuna with boiled and shredded chicken, beef or mutton.
- If you want to make them for kids, just skip the chillies.
- To make tuna kebab healthier, you can fry them in clarified butter.
- You can also add a few spoons of ground flaxseed to the mixture for maximum health benefits (consuming flaxseeds is like eating salmon). It also helps in binding the kebabs together.
