Healthy and Fresh Fruity Rainbow Popsicles
It’s summertime and the temperature is rising! So, it’s a perfect time to make some homemade, absolutely delicious, healthy, and nourishing popsicles – the perfect refreshing summer ice lolly treat to beat this heat. This rainbow popsicles recipe is very easy and 100% natural, made with no artificial food dyes, added sweeteners, or food coloring.
This recipe is made with whole fruits which makes it a super healthy dessert recipe for your loved ones. You can use fresh or frozen fruits. How long can I store these popsicles
They can be easily stored in a freezer for up to 3 months in a ziplock bag or freezer-safe container.
Recipe Notes
- You can use any fruit you like.
- sugar or honey can also be added if you like.
- If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use disposable cups (tightly wrap the cup with aluminum foil or cling film).
- You can also use ice cube tray to freeze them.

Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup mangoes (cubed)
- 1 cup kiwis (diced)
- 1 cup strawberries (diced)
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Blend the mangoes until smooth. Pour into a small bowl and set aside.
- Rinse the blender and repeat the same for kiwis, strawberries, and blueberries, keeping each puree separate.
- Add a thin layer of each fruit puree into popsicle molds, one at a time, to create colorful layers.
- Freeze for 8 hours or until fully set.

Notes
- You can use any combination of fruits you like.
- If you don’t have popsicle molds, use disposable cups and cover them with foil or cling film before inserting sticks.
- You can also use ice cube trays for bite-sized pops.
