Ingredients you’ll need to make this strawberry oatmeal smoothie:
Bananas:
Bananas are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, especially potassium. They make any smoothie thick, naturally sweet, and creamy.
Strawberries:
Strawberries have numerous health benefits. They are rich in vitamins, fiber and antioxidants.
Oatmeal:
Oatmeal is rich in fiber, and it makes smoothies filling. I most often use old-fashioned rolled oats, but quick oats work too.
Milk:
I used regular full fat milk, but you may also use unsweetened almonds milk, soy milk or cashew milk.
Vanilla Essence:
I use vanilla essence to enhance the flavour of smoothies, but you can totally skip it.
Vanilla Ice Cream:
Ice cream gives this smoothie a creamy and smooth texture, but you can skip it if avoiding fat and sugar.
How long can I store this strawberry oatmeal smoothie?
